Hello all! Bye-Bye 2001!

Wow what a busy year 2001 was! John played mostly at house gigs throughout Florida with Topaz, and then warmed up for a Fantasma sponsored concert with the THE COMMODORES in May. What a great show! Nice $100,000 Front Of House (FOH) mixing console! Be sure to check the pictures out!The audience was terrific and really got into it!

John also played the Cape Canaveral Florida Sea Fest on the main stage in March! What a show! Headlined by Pat Travers and Brian Howe of Bad Company fame. All that great music and great seafood to boot! Mmmmmmmm. If you are ever in South Eastern Florida, in March make sure you attend!
John performing with Topazbecame the first band to play in the new Band Shell for Cocoa Florida! The crowd was hot despite the extremly cold weather.  Very nice band shell and I am sure there will be some really wonderful shows there. We were lucky enough to test with our sound company, the brand new electrical circuits and blow most of them. That’s right, they forgot to test them before the opened! Remember on the road, a very long, very heavy extension chord can you friend!  It’s funny how thoseMesa Boogie amps won’t booga-booga without any juice!
